Q: Who are the photographers?
A: ALL of them are UMS students and mostly are from SKTM. Some are from SST though.


Q: Why do I have to take photography packages from RLS instead of me myself can take it with already?
A: We provide photographer that fullfill your needs with the most reasonable price and your package comes with a few goodies that you couldn't even find outside because those are custom made for you! Every single of them!


Q: Can we see some samples of the photographers' artwork?

Q: Are the portfolio of the photographers are for real? I see handsome k-pop-star-like people and also JJ Lin???!!! 
A: Don't doubt. Those pictures are of their artwork! JJ Lin is for real the Taiwan-based Singporean singer! Those k-pop-star-like people are the photographer's model.

Q: How do we collect our goodies?
A: Pick ups at UMS library or during booth days.


Q: Where are the photo shooting location?
A: Solely UMS campus.


Q: When can I have my photography session?
A: We will arrange it as soon as possible once your full payment has made.


Q: How long do I need to wait for my goodies to come?
A: Probably 2 weeks to 1 month because we need to send it to the factory for packaging and printing. Good stuff are always worth waiting! If goods arrive earlier than expected, we will update on our social pages. So do follow us on twitter, facebook and blog!


Q: What if I need a few locations and I wish to change outfit or any other specified photo shooting session?
A: You may email us for quotation but mostly that would be the multiplication of the price of basic economic solo package.


Q: Do we have solo shots in group photo?
A: Unfortunately, it's a no but we do provide solo shooting package. It's awesome! Definitely you can have both your group photo shooting and you solo shooting back to back!


Q: Can outsiders be our customer?
A: Definitely YES, YES and YES but the photo shooting location will only be in UMS campus.



Q: I pay already but I wish to cancel my order, can I get back my money?
A: We're really sorry that money paid are not refundable upon cancellation. Exceptions may consider and it is just case to case basis only.



Q: I'm poor, I want something special but economic for myself or my girlfriend/boyfriend. Can I?
A: Yes!!! Every one deserve to be special and we do have photography session of solo and duet economic package. The price is as low as RM35 for solo one!


Q: I love my boyfriend/girlfriend/friends/teacher/parents, anything special I can get for them of your products?
A: Yes!!! We provide a varieties of self customized item. We strongly recommends you to take our self customized notebook order that is so unique! You customize it and you can't get the second one in the world! That can be Birthday presents, or any presents you wish to make it. We do provide digital printing stickers too!


Q: Can I put my favourite artiste photo on the cover of the self customized notebook?
A: Yes!!! You may! Any photo as long as it's not overly exposing!
